  • What age do you recommend for sleepovers?
    We cater for all ages, from experience the general slumber party age range is from 7-12yrs. Adult supervision is required for all children under the age of 18 years.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes, Teepee Corner is insured. To view our insurances, please get in touch.
  • Can the teepees be used outside?
    No. Our teepees are not suitable for outdoor use.
  • Does Teepee Corner need power?
    We only need power to blow up the flocked air mattresses at setup which take approx. 10-15 mins depending on numbers. All lights included in our packages are battery operated.
  • Do you provide pillows?
    For hygiene purposes we do not provide guest pillows. Please ensure you ask all guests to bring a pillow along with them. We do have cushions on the beds but these are not ideal for sleeping.
  • How many teepees do you have?
    We currently have 6 lace teepees, 1 large lace teepee and 2 small A frame teepees. With this in mind, we can only accommodate a max of 6 lace teepees at a party.
  • How much space do I need?
    This is a hard question to answer as there are sooo many different factors! Like size of party and more. The below is an approximate size guide for our teepees and mattresses. - Small A frames: 1.2m wide x 1.2 long x 1.5m high - Lace Teepee Tents: 1.2m wide x 1.2m long x 2.41m high - Flocked Mattress (inflated): 0.76m wide x 1.85m long x 0.22m high
  • How is everything cleaned?
    After each use: - All bedding including sheets and blankets are washed with sensitive laundry detergent and sanitiser. - Accessories and hard to wash items are wiped over with disinfectant. - Spot cleaning is done on any other items like rugs and lace teepees. Some items are also put outside in the sun for an hour or so to ensure any lingering nasties are gone.
  • How far in advance should I book my party?
    Due to the high volume of party bookings over Friday and Saturday nights we recommend booking at least 2 months in advance to secure your date, avoid disappointment and get first pick on your theme.
  • Pet and Smoke Free Environment
    We ask that no pets are in or directly around the party setup area. All parties MUST be set up in a smoke-free environment. We reserve the right to charge a Cleaning Fee as well as the surrender of your deposit if the teepees and party accessories are soiled with the smell of smoke, or animal dander/hair.
  • Custom Themes and Parties
    Yes! We can do custom themes and parties. We do need some notice though so please give us a minimum of 6 weeks notice for any custom theme. All custom themes will require a 50% deposit at time of booking.
  • Travel Costs and Distance
    Our current packages allow up to 30kms from Kirkwood QLD. Any parties outside of this will need to be discussed with us in advance. There will also be an additional travel cost. At this stage we do not travel more than 1 hour in a single trip from Kirkwood QLD, however we are looking into possibly doing this in future if we have more than 1 party booking in a requested area.
