Welcome to our FAQ page! We’ve gathered the most common questions about our magical teepee parties to make planning your event as easy as possible. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to contact us - we’re happy to help!

📅 Booking & Payment

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons. However, if you need a last-minute booking, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How do I secure my booking?

A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. This amount will be deducted from your total party cost.

When is the full payment due?

All party balances must be paid in full one (1) week before your scheduled event.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct bank transfer (preferred) and Stripe payments (with a small processing fee).

Is there a security bond?

Yes, a $100 refundable security bond is required. This can be paid in cash on the day or via bank transfer one week before your event. It will be refunded within 5 business days after we inspect all rental items.

What happens if I need to cancel?

If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your party date, your deposit will be forfeited. However, we can reschedule your party to another available date at no extra charge.

🎉 Party Setup & Requirements

​How much space do I need for the teepees?

Each teepee requires approximately 1.5m x 2m of space. We’ll help arrange them to best fit your area.

Where can the teepees be set up?

Our teepees can be set up indoors only on clean, dry surfaces.

How long does setup and pack-down take?

Setup takes approximately 60-90 minutes, and pack down takes around 30-45 minutes.

Do you provide bedding?

Yes! Our setups include a mattress, fitted sheet, decorative pillows, fairy lights, and themed accessories. Guests should bring their own sleeping pillow for hygiene reasons.

Are your teepees cleaned after each use?

Absolutely! All fabrics, mattresses, and decorative items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every party.

🐾 Pets, Food & Party Rules

​Can I have pets around the teepees?

To maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask that pets stay away from the party setup. Any pet hair or dander found on our teepees may result in a cleaning fee.

Can food and drinks be consumed inside the teepees?

Only light, dry snacks (like popcorn or pretzels) are allowed inside the teepees. No greasy or messy foods, drinks, or art supplies near the setup, please! Any spills or stains may result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Are the teepees safe for young children?

​Yes! Our teepees are designed with safety in mind. However, adult supervision is always required during the party. Please note that the teepees are not suitable for children under 4 years of age.

🚚 Delivery & Additional Costs

Do you charge travel fees?

We offer free delivery within 30km of Kirkwood, QLD. If your location is outside this range, a small travel fee applies—please contact us for a quote.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes! Extra rental time can be arranged for an additional fee—just let us know in advance.

🎁 Gift Vouchers & Special Offers

How do donated gift vouchers and promo codes work?

  • Vouchers and special offer codes are valid until the expiration date listed.

  • They cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other vouchers, or used on certain packages (e.g., The Best Friend Sleepover Package).

  • If the total booking cost exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid before the event.

  • Winners of gifted vouchers outside 30km from Kirkwood, QLD must cover additional travel costs.

So you’re thinking of DIY-ing your Teepee Corner setup? Amazing! Here’s everything you need to know to feel confident and excited about creating your own dreamy sleepover scene:

🧰 What’s included in a DIY hire?

You’ll receive all the magical elements you need to recreate the Teepee Corner vibe at home! You can hire:

  • Lace Teepees 

  • Flocked Airbeds

  • Sheets & blankets

  • Breakfast trays

  • Decorative cushions 

  • Fairy lights

  • Safety instructions

Everything comes neatly packed and ready for you to set up, style, and sparkle.

🏡 Can I set up the teepees outdoors?

Nope! Our teepees are strictly for indoor use only. This keeps them clean, dry, and safe from damage. If they’re used outdoors and get damaged, you may lose part or all of your bond.

⏰ How long can I keep the items?

The hire period is typically overnight (1 night) unless otherwise agreed. Your pickup and return times will be confirmed at booking. If you need it longer—just ask! Extra nights may be available.

🧼 Do I need to clean anything before returning it?

No cleaning needed! Just pack everything back up as it was. Please make sure it’s dry and neatly folded where possible. We’ll take care of the rest. 

💵 Is there a bond?

Yes, there is a refundable security bond. This is held until all items are returned and checked. If everything comes back safe and sound, your bond will be refunded within 3 business days.

🧒 Is it safe for kids?

Absolutely—but adult supervision is a must. While our teepees are fun and magical, they’re not climbing frames or forts. Please make sure little ones enjoy them safely.

😬 What if something gets lost or broken?

Things happen—we get it! But any damaged or missing items will be deducted from your bond or invoiced separately. Please double-check everything before returning.

💌 Can I get help if I’m not sure how to set it up?

Yes! You’ll receive safety instructions with your hire. And if you get stuck—just give us a call or send a message. We’re always here to help you bring the magic to life!
